This is the example of the Dynamic HTML ticker widget!
Try dragging the ticker over this text. Then try setting new velocity vectors by "flinging" the ticker to and fro. See how the ticker can have a transparent background? That's all controlled by the ticker's source file.
Notice that the ticker slows down when your mouse passes over it. Right-clicking
on the ticker will stop it's motion; "fling" the ticker with your left
mouse button to start it up again.
