This Is a marquee that will work in both IE4 & NS4
I

Description: Ok, we know that most people don't exactly embrace the pre-built marquee feature in IE 4 (which scrolls any text wrapped inside the <marquee> tag), but perhaps it's becuase this element is only viewable in IE 4+. With a little DHTML, we've extended the marquee feature of IE 4 so it works in NS 4 as well. Feel like hugging now?
